Gmail Users

  1. Enable 2-Step Verification on your Google Account
  2. Go to Google Account → Security → 2-Step Verification → App passwords
  3. Generate a new App Password for "Mail"
  4. Use that 16-character password here

Outlook / Office 365 Users

You can use your regular password. If you have 2FA enabled, you may need to create an app password in your Microsoft account security settings.
